With Portable OSPREY you can cut literally anywhere you can drive to! The machines are supplied packed as one easy to transport module, and remote operation at up to 500m means that only the lightweight cutting head and manipulator need to be close to the target.


Five complete portable OSPREY systems

High pressure abrasive water jetting represents a major advance in the decommissioning of structures, process plant, offshore and sub-sea equipment in difficult-to-access and hazardous environment locations, providing a compact portable solution to such difficult and dangerous tasks.

Osprey Portable systems can be fitted with standard flame-cutting or welding manipulators, or specialist manipulators can be devised for particular situations, providing a comprehensive, flexible and safe capability for single hose "cold" cutting in hazardous zones

  • able to work under water in depths of up to 300m

Osprey can also be used with standard chain, track, or robot operated vehicle manipulators designed for flame-cutting or welding.

And specialist manipulators can be devised for awkward jobs such as marine flange cutting.
